Sign Design have one of only a handful of machines known in the UK that can produce letters, logos & shapes in almost any size. The material used is known as XPS foam, it is extremely light weight and has a closed cell structure meaning it can be used externally as well as internally. The cutting process is done with a cnc controlled heared wire that follow the path line created in the artwork.

Foam Cutting is a cost-effective way of creating eye popping results against the more traditional methods of creating 3D Designs in metals and acrylics.
